Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests and must be present for the entire function.
Select the amenity you want to reserve. Read the reservation details listed above the calendar, you will need to scroll to the top of the page. Then check the availability on the Calendar. If the date is blank, then the clubhouse should be available. On the calendar page make a request for that date by double clicking next to the time. Note: the system will not allow you to double click next to the time if it's not available. Complete the form and click submit at the bottom of the page. Ensure that you answer all the questions or your request will not process. If you missed a question, the system will take you to the top of the page and will inform you the questions you missed. Once your request is completed you will see reservation submitted message on the screen with further details.
The request will go directly to Trio Homeowners Association Management Company. Trio Homeowners Association Management Company will confirm the date availability, complete your booking request, contact you to collect the facility rental fee and provide any other details. You will receive a response during normal business hours.

Clubhouse Cleaning Service
Homeowners, you now have the capability to hire a cleaning crew to clean after your event. The cleaner will sweep and mop the floors, clean bathrooms sinks, toilets, counter, etc., clean kitchen counters, sink, refrigerator, sweep and mop all the floors; cost is $85 during the week and $95 for a weekend clean.
Homeowners, you will still need to remove all personal belongings, remove all traces of tape, ribbons etc. used in decorating the tables and chairs, turn off air conditioning, heating, lights and ceiling fans, wipe off and stack tables and chairs and lock doors; a $50 fee if the trash is not removed or cleaned.
