The Apple Creek Property Owners Association is dedicated to preserving, protecting and enhancing one of our most significant investments – our homes.

The Apple Creek neighborhood includes 485 homes situated on 15 streets in northwest San Antonio, near the South Texas Medical Center.
Community Overview

Development of the Apple Creek subdivision started in 1984. The community includes 485 homes situated on 15 streets in northwest San Antonio, near the South Texas Medical Center. The Property Owners Association of Apple Creek was incorporated in August 1984. Membership in the association is required for all homeowners.
Community Annual Meeting
Annual Meeting - 1st Saturday in March at 10 am
In March, we meet on the first Saturday of the month at 10 am for our annual owner's meeting. This meeting is designed to give residents an update about issues affecting the neighborhood, share input and conduct elections and other business. All residents are strongly encouraged to attend.

Board of Directors Meetings

The Board of Directors holds regular meetings or as otherwise noted. Regular meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held at least once each quarter, and more often if the Board of Directors so elects, at such time and place as may be approved by the Board. Meetings will be held January, June, September and November of each year.  Meetings are open to all association members, owners will be asked to step out during the executive session. The meetings occurs regularly, on the second Monday of the month (dates may change) at 7 pm.

A working meeting for the board to consider the association's affairs, make decisions and develop action plans. If there is an issue the board should consider email to Apple Creek Board.


All members of the association are expected to share equally in the cost of maintaining and running the community. Owners can request a copy of the association's budget by contacting our property manager. The board begins the budgeting process in September. If you have budget-related ideas you'd like the board to consider, please email them.
Assessment Fee

For 2023, our annual assessment fee (dues) is $312 per lot. Each owner must pay the assessment in full by January 31. Late fees apply if payment is received after this date. Personal checks, cashiers checks and credit cards are accepted.
