Apple Creek Yard of the Month - May, June, July, and August
Monday, May 1st to Thursday, August 31st
It's that time if year again, Apple Creek. Take out your lawn mowers, rakes, and shears to prepare your yard for the upcoming Yard of the Month contest. The contest will be held for the month's of May through August. The Board of Directors will be out searching of the best looking yard.
Adult Swim Nights for 2023 Season
Saturday, May 27th to Saturday, August 26th at Pool
Experience swimmers enjoy the night swimming from 8:00 pm to 10:00pm.

Universal Paper Shredding will be parked at the Community Center Area (pool/clubhouse area) for on-site shredding during specified times
They are a local, veteran owned business and strive to provide best service and security in the industry with decades of experience.
Their trucks can shred through paper clips, binder clips and hanging folders. Please no three ring binders

Apple Creek's pool season is coming to an end. This is the last weekend the pool to be open. Thank you all for a successful year.

Apple Creek National Night Out

Hi Neighbors,
Come on over to celebrate National Night Out (NNO) is on the first Tuesday of October (4th). It is a great time to meet new neighbors. Our hope is to embrace the true meaning of NNO and get to know the whole neighborhood.
Apple Creek POA will be hosting the event, details will be posted soon.
To heighten community awareness and recognize National Night Out, turn your porch light on and leave it on all night.
National Night Out is designed to:
Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness;
Generate support for, and participation in, local anti-crime programs;
Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships; &
Send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.

Fall Community Garage Sale

Semi-Annual Joint Garage Sale
An excellent opportunity to clean out the garage, closets, house and make some extra cash.
Please remember to obtain your individual sale permit at HEB or
on-line. Apple Creek POA will post Community Garage Sale signs however it's a great idea to post your individual signs as well to guide the buyers to your sale.
PERMIT LIMITATIONS
The City of San Antonio shall issue one (1) permit for each garage sale.
No permit shall be issued unless the applicant has first paid a garage sale operator's fee of sixteen dollars ($16.00) for each permit obtained in person or sixteen dollars and fifty cents ($16.50) for each permit issued by mail.
An applicant having a valid permit may operate a garage sale between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Each residence is allowed four (4) garage sales per calendar year per location not to exceed one (1) garage sale per quarter. The fourth (4th) garage sale held by an operator at the same residence during a calendar year is free. Operators must submit the receipts showing payment of the garage sale operator's fees for the three (3) previous qualifying garage sales in order to obtain the free permit.

Saturday, October 14th, 8:30 am - 11:30 am at Clubhouse Parking Lot
Dial-a-trailer will be located at the park area for you to dispose of junk found during your spring cleaning, bulky items and brush.
City of San Antonio will have a truck or container stationed by the clubhouse/pool drive area . Please bring your items to the Community Center during the times posted for removal. Please do not drop off items and leave them in the parking lot.
