Board of Directors Meetings
 
As of February 7, 2017, the Board of Directors will hold quarterly meetings each year on the 1st Tuesday of the month. The Board will hold meetings January, February, June, September and November. Meetings are open to all association members, owners will be asked to step out during the executive session. The meetings occurs quarterly, on the First Tuesday at 7 pm or otherwise noted.

~ Pool FOB Request ~
Pool FOB requests will be processed once Trio HOA Management receives your Apple Creek request form and payment (payment: if applicable).  
 
One FOB will be provided per household, any lost FOBS will cost $15 plus a mailing fee of $5.00.
 
Owners may pick up the pool FOB during our business hours of 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.  Prior to picking up your pool FOB submit your request and submit payment online.  Once all required forms and payment is received your FOB will be programmed then you will receive an email confirmation indicating when your FOB is ready for pick up. 
 
Should an account fall thirty (30) days or more delinquent the pool FOB will be deactivated and will be reactivated when the account is brought current and the $10.00 reactivation fee is paid. Accounts will not be billed the fee for the pool FOB request.
 
Pheasant Creek & Cypress Hollow Pool Memberships
Residents of Pheasant Creek and Cypress Hollow may purchase pool memberships for $236 per household. You may pick up the pool FOB during the Apple Creek pool FOB pick up dates. If you are not able to pick up during the designated dates, complete the Apple Creek Pool FOB Form and mail to Trio Homeowners Association Management along with the $236 membership fee, $15 for a FOB (if you need a new only) and a $5 mail fee for the pool FOB; the funds must be in certified funds.

Notice is hereby given for the 2021 annual membership meeting of Apple Creek POA will be held on Zoom, on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 10:00 am.  Check-in will begin at 9:30 am.
 
Come win a door prize!  To be eligible, residents must attend the meeting or submit your proxy; one winner per household.  Residents could win one of the door prizes, 4-$25 HEB Gift card or 4-$25 Wal-Mart Gift Card.

Immediately following the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors will hold a brief meeting to determine Board Officer positions.
 
The Nomination Committee accepted nominations January 27 through February 12, 2021. As a result, there is one candidate nominated on the ballot.  Refer to www.TrioHOA.com website for the candidate profiles. The Association will elect one homeowner willing to serve a three-year term on the Apple Creek POA Board of Directors.  Nominations may also be taken from the floor at the annual meeting.
 
In the event, you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete the enclosed proxy to help establish quorum and allow the membership to conduct business. You may mail, email or fax your proxy to Trio HOA Management or assign to your neighbor so he/she may vote in accordance on all matters for you. If, however, such quorum shall not be present or represented at any meeting, the members entitled to vote thereat shall have the power to adjourn the meeting from time to time, without notice other than announcement at the meeting, until quorum as aforesaid shall be present or be represented.

Spring Community Garage Sale

Semi-Annual Joint Garage Sale
 
An excellent opportunity to clean out the garage, closets, house and make some extra cash.  Adverting will be done by the Association with directional signs.
 
Please remember to obtain your individual sale permit at HEB or on-line.  Pheasant Creek will post Community Garage Sale signs however it's a great idea to post your individual signs as well to guide the buyers to your sale.
 
PERMIT LIMITATIONS
 
The City of San Antonio shall issue one (1) permit for each garage sale. 
No permit shall be issued unless the applicant has first paid a garage sale operator's fee of sixteen dollars ($16.00) for each permit obtained in person or sixteen dollars and fifty cents ($16.50) for each permit issued by mail. 
 
An applicant having a valid permit may operate a garage sale between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
 
Each residence is allowed four (4) garage sales per calendar year per location not to exceed one (1) garage sale per quarter. The fourth (4th) garage sale held by an operator at the same residence during a calendar year is free. Operators must submit the receipts showing payment of the garage sale operator's fees for the three (3) previous qualifying garage sales in order to obtain the free permit.

Homeowners may pay online by logging in to the homeowner portal.  
 
No processing fee for e-checks.
 
1.  Find us on our Trio HOA Management website.
2.  Click on "Pay Online" quick link, located on the right side of the screen.
3.  Login to the owner portal.
4.  Select E-Payment (located in the middle of the screen)
5.  Select your payment method
6.  Follow the prompts to finalize your payment.

The Resident Portal is an online resource available to members, owners, and residents of common interest.  You may access your account, pay assessments, submit architectural request, update your profile, compliance correspondence, and more.

2.  Click on Resident Portal quick link, located on the right side of the screen.
3.  Login to the owner portal.

~ Sherwin Williams ~
If you're planning to paint the exterior of your home, you will need written approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), Apple Creek POA does NOT have pre-approved colors.

Home improvements can be expensive and a quick check with the ACC will give you the peace of mind that comes with knowing your work won't have to be redone because it's inconsistent with our Declaration of Covenants / Rules and Regulations or hasn't been granted an exemption.
 
The Sherwin Williams located on 1604 and Culebra will be providing a discount to all Apple Creek Homeowners; inform the Sales Representative that you are an Apple Creek Homeowner for the discount.
 
You may choose your exterior home color from their color select (select exterior on the drop down menu). To assist you in selecting the right color for your home you may use the Sherwin Williams paint color visualizer to assist you. 
 
When submitting an ACC request to paint the exterior of your home provide the ACC Committee the following 1) color name 2) letter/number of color from the Sherwin Williams color select (select exterior on the drop down menu). If you do not plan on using a Sherwin Williams color provide the ACC Committee with the color and brand you will be using and the color that matches closest from the Sherwin Williams color select (select exterior on the drop down menu).
